Travel Hack Cabin Case Review
The Travel Hack Cabin Luggage case has been designed with easy but stylish travel in mind.
This cabin case has a quilted-style material on the front, with rose gold detailing to contrast the black design. The cabin case matches the Travel Hack Backpack, both designed by Monica from The Travel Hack, and using them together makes for the perfect travel luggage combination.
Travel Hack Cabin Luggage Specifications & Design
The Travel Hack Cabin Case has a large main packing compartment with packing straps, and a couple of zipped pockets on the inside. The top compartment opens up into the main compartment if needed, to extend the space further. Otherwise, the top compartment is ideal for holding items you may need easier access to.
On the outside of the bag you’ll find a water bottle pocket. This has a zip with an extendable fabric, meaning you can secure a water bottle there whilst travelling. There is also a padded compartment to the rear that will hold a macbook, small laptop or tablet.

One thing I was slightly disappointed with is the fact that there is no side handle on this Travel Hack case. There is a fabric handle on the top of the case near the extendable handle, but this is very awkward to use. So many times I’ve wanted to carry my case (mainly over cobbled European streets!) and have found it extremely uncomfortable due to the lack of a side handle. I would have preferred that over the water bottle holder if it had to be one or the other!
Let’s take a deeper look inside the luggage!

Top Luggage Compartment
This top luggage compartment was one of the reasons why I wanted the Travel Hack Cabin Case. I tend to travel with a lot of different items that need to be removed at security – my kindle, camera, straighteners, headphones etc.
The upper compartment makes it easy to access items without having to open up the full case, so you can see why it’s ideal for travelling through security. It also means you have somewhere to put things that you may need whilst travelling, such as documents, a purse or snacks, without the need to carry a small handbag as well.

Main Luggage Compartment
The main compartment in this travel hack cabin case has so much more space than you would initially think, and also offers versatility by having the option to remove the divider that separates the main compartment from the top if you feel like you need to full case space. There are also two straps inside to help secure your luggage down.
The Travel Hack compression packing cube will easily fit into the main compartment here if you want to have full matching luggage. I generally take two or three regular packing cubes with me to separate my clothing, and I didn’t have any issues fitting those in, alongside shoes and other bits and bobs!
Internal Pockets
There are two zipped pockets on the inside that are great for storing things such as documents, magazines, books or anything else that isn’t too bulky. Both are pretty much full-sized, however you can see the one at the front is slightly smaller.

Using the Travel Hack Cabin Case
What is the Travel Hack Luggage suitable for?
The size of this case means it is suitable for most airlines, including BA , Jet2, Virgin, Iberia, Air France, Easyjet Premium Size and even Ryanair! Ideal for weekend breaks or even a full week, given it has so much space inside!
I used this case as my hand luggage for a two week holiday in Cyprus, as I wanted to carry my bridesmaid dress with me rather than putting it in a hold bag!
