Yoga – The #100 Day Project 4/5

Here’s the fourth part of my #100dayproject! I posted about #The100DayProject here.

I’m so near the end – impressed with myself for keeping this up so long! Not sure my flexibility has really improved much, but my core/arm strength has. I’m particularly noticing it in my forearm and handstands. They’re easier to get up in now, and I can also hold them off the wall for longer without wobbling too much. Still throwing myself into them though, as my core/balance isn’t strong enough to slowly get up there. These poses are definitely my favourites to do!

I’ve realised that there are a lot of dark photos in this batch… I’m still doing most of my poses just before going to bed because it’s just easier. I think it would be good to get a morning routine going though, because yoga is a good wayto stretch out and wake up in the morning. For the last twenty I think I need to change it up a bit!


I’ve really been enjoying this project, and I will be a little sad to leave it behind! I think my instagram will look a lot better though, because it’s a bit too random atm and the yoga seems to break everything up. I’m still looking forward to getting home and being able to do my yoga in the garden though, so you will still get plenty of photos I am sure! One of my 2015 goals actually was to master the scorpion pose, and right now that’s looking like I’ll master it by the end of summer if I keep at it! The main problem with that one at the moment is balance and flexibility. Anyhow, I’m going to keep at it – just maybe not daily!
